Vi lämnar Kiruna kl 13.00 efter en mycket intressant guidning på ca 500 meters djup under Kiruna stad i LKAB’s gruva. Idag är planen att lämna Sverige för att ta sikte mot Nordkapp eller Kirkenes, beroende på väder prognosen. Det börjar bli höst i luften nu på allvar men temperaturen når ändå upp till 14 grader så här mitt på dan. Vi kör upp till Jukkasjärvi, bara för att vi kan. Här ligger ishotellet på vintern men nu ser vi bara formarna som använder vid bygget. Här finns även avtagsvägen till Esrange, men så långt går inte vår resa den här gången så vi vänder åter mot Svappavaara där vi åter ansluter till vår E45:a. Denna tar oss upp till Karesuando och den Finska gränsen, vi korsar tvärs över den lilla Finlandstarmen och landar så småningom i Kautokeiono 4 mil in Norge och idag har vi kört 333km.
